The Android version of Google+ gives the choice of showing selected circles only.
Yet this feature is not on my chrome browsers version of Google+. Google needs to implement this feature on all systems.

Alright, I'm asking help on this.
Below is a picture of layout/design changes for Google+
Explaination: Top screenshot would be clicking the circle on each stream to activate the individual streams, on or off.
Bottom half shows a different spacing for the circles and the contacts list.
Also Is the added Muted Circle(hides posts from individuals but doesn't block them)
and Global Groups where individuals create Shareable Circles. In this example I put "Starcraft" Circle, created by Blizzard(Gaming company who made Starcraft). That way If Blizzard wanted to make announcements about just their product 'Starcraft' Then they could. Each "Global Circles/Groups" could have multiple 'groups' of the same name, But their creator would be tied to their name. Thus creating truly shared networks, without scarcity. How to know you Google+ too much?
When surfing the web you hover over peoples names in a vain attempt to add them to a circle.

This is what I want from Google+
Update: Added Links to up-voting the suggestions beside each section
Stream http://goo.gl/mod/mmYU
When I click on Stream, it brings up my circles. Circles are then activated to enable the stream to open from the active Circles. Also an ability to 'pause' or 'stop' streaming so I can read posts without the post constantly being moved by other incoming posts
Circles http://goo.gl/mod/BjpV
An ability to put people into a mute circle. Some people I do want to be friends with. I just don't want to listen to them all the time. Also, change it so that circles take up the majority of the web space, maybe put contacts on a sidebar that is shrinkable
Public Circles Or Organisations Circles http://goo.gl/mod/5RP8
The ability to create Public/Organisation Circles that auto connects all people in the Circle.... more »
