I will eliminate all my Google+ Communities except this one. The reason? Digo Groups http://groups.diigo.com/user/justinomora are better for Job Broadcasting. In Diigo I can report a Job in 3 Clicks and less than 3 seconds. In here it takes at least 10 Clicks and 10 Seconds. Diigo has some delay in the transmission but even yet is more efficient process at least from my perspective

I  moved Job reporting  over this Channel. Google+ Community will be left as a Secondary Channel. Main Job Reporting will be done via DiiGo. The reason: I will cut the process of Job Broadcasting in Half: Just 5 clicks in 3 seconds Vs. 10 Clicks and 10 seconds here. Do you see my time savings?

I addition to the above, DiiGo does not requires an specific mail server like Google Communities. Hence it will have greater reach.

However I will manage it as an additional Channel. Just as I do with this Gmail Channel.

Who is interested in what? The Recruiter in the Candidate or the Candidate in the a Recruiter Search?.

Obviously if the Recruiter calls you IF he is interested in you as a candidate, unless it happens to you what happen to me back in 1990 in TASA. They Interview to drain my brain connections and first line of reports within my Company.

Now if the Candidates calls the Headhunter, he cannot assume he is interested in his case. He can not either call to ask if the search is closed: That is deeply ridiculous. 

In general terms the Law of Attraction should be 50/50 with the Headhunter rapidly loosing interest if you start generating noise about yourself.

Do not call in the afternoon when the Headhunter is already half dead.  In my countryside peasants say that those who walk early get the cleaner and best fresh water.

What sense has following People that does not have any information on their Profile? For a Recruiter this is Non Sense. People can follow me, but if they want me to follow, then they must have either Career Path Information or Educational BackGroun. Replacing Circles With Communities?
For me following people based on a particular interest and adding them to a circle of mine always seemed to be an artificial way of creating a user community.  Google+ didn't have communities or groups back then and so my own private circles were the best way of approximating that construct.  As it happened, many of the people I would add to my circles were also adding each other to their own circles and so the semblance of a community was there.  Also, if someone I didn't know or hadn't seen online before were to comment on a post in one of my circles, I could add them to my circles and they would continue to grow.

But people have varied interests.  If I add people to a circle of mine that I had intended to use to aggregate followers/posts about Science, the circle can and will easily get diluted with posts about any number ofnon... more »
