Fruit-booting / Aggressive in-line skating

I joined a mate (Flanel Batt) for a hit-out yesterday, although I was only the cameraman!

We found a good spot in this earthquake damaged basement car-park, the building that was once on top has been demolished, this made accessing it much easier :D

Triangle Centre - Central Christchurch

The Triangle Centre was one of the early retail precincts in the city, it was situated between Colombo, Cashel and High streets.

The basement is to be kept in place until #archaeologists  can examine what is underneath, this practise is performed when any underground structures are removed in the central city.

These two photos were taken yesterday (20th), looks to be about half-way down, I expect it to be a pile of rubble by Friday. This is the same demo crew who took down the BDO building on Victoria Street and the NZI building on Hereford Street - they do all their rubble sorting on-site before shipping it off for recycling.

On the left is a photo taken 24/04/70 from below in Cathedral Square and the photograph on the right is from the 16th September 1969 and is shot from the roof of the Drainage Board Building, my research shows that this building later became the PGC building, if someone would like to confirm this that would be great.
