Running a lot of deep house & future bass vibes in this mix.  Messing around with the walking bass lines and that 90's piano house feel.   A bit of push and pulling in the loops and sneaky rough juggle in the middle.  

Mixed using vinyl on Serato with a 57SL and Novation Dicers.

Has anyone else been to a BYOB event? List member  +Naomi Lamb recently helped to co-ordinate a show in Wellington NZ.   Check out the results. 

For those that don't know BYOB (Bring Your Own Beamer) is a socially syndicated event for Video Artists.  So you can use the brand/concept and create your own BYOB event in your area. 

Great concept for the pulling the extended & diverse video arts community together in a low budget DIY process.

After retiring Google Reader, a highly unpopular move by the reactions on the Internet, Google made another move that is infuriating part of the company’s user base. According to first hand sources, Google started to ban ad blockers from its Play Store. What this means is that ad blockers like Adblock Plus, AdAway or Ad Blocker are not available anymore on Google Play.

Amazing Film.  

Please understand that this film is not actually made by the North Koreans.  It is a very clever commentary/dicussion on propaganda. 

This film was made by  #Christchurch  film makers and resulted in a local Korean man being ostracised by his community as a North Korean sympathiser.

So interesting article in NZ today re: #gameofthrones  

Apparently downloads don't matter because they create a "social buzz".   

I guess this is a good attitude, but I don't think it reflect the general reality of content creators.  Still good news of NZ fans I suppose.
