The amazing town of Robin Hood's Bay in North Yorkshire. Full of cobbled streets this small (and smaller) and quirky little houses all bunched together on a slope leading to the sea.

Shiny Brite Vintage Christmas Baubles
These are original 1950s Christmas tree baubles, painted and by hand, over razor thin glass, with lashings of glitter. It’s a miracle they’ve made it to Christmas 2013. When I saw them a few years ago at an antique market I snapped them up for myself and m...

EyeEm is moving forward
It had to happen. And it couldn't have happened at a better time. When Instagram updated its Facebook user agreement the exodus to the little known EyeEm began. And that network keeps growing. Its usability and presentation of images and profiles is surpassed by none. I wouldn't even say G+ with its complicated and duplicate images is better! Glad to see this user friendly and artistic network growing.

Stunning black rhino, photographed at Chester Zoo by my other half +Ashley Taylor.
From the zoo's website: "There were once thousands in Africa but they were relentlessly and brutally hunted by poachers in the last century, and today there are only 500 left in the wild, so few that their future is Critically Endangered. We're proud to be one of the main organisations fighting for their survival. "

Another #HDR image by +Ashley Taylor (my other half). of a classic Georgian market square in England. Ash took the photo as part of his volunteer work for the Market Rasen's Portas Pilot.
Market Rasen won Portas Pilot status (with 11 other UK towns) in a national competition hosted by the government, beating off almost 400 other towns. Ash also filmed and edited the bid video. Almost a year into the project now, Market Rasen's Portas is doing great work for the town. #PortasPilot #lincolnshire
