My inspiration for these cookies came from the famous Cadbury's Fruit & Nut Bar. The cookies have an intense, chewy, chocolate flavour and are packed full of juice rasins and whole almonds. The recipe will me included in my next recipe book - Britton Bakes for Christmas; due out in September 2013.

It's a Bank Holiday in the UK which means... more time for baking! We're still amazed by these Brooksters, 1/2 Brownie, 1/2 Cookie creations...

Follow your favourite recipes for the two mixes, allow to cool in the fridge for an hour, then fill a suitable muffin tray with a scoop of the brownie and a flattened out cookie. Cook for about 18-20 minutes at 165*c for the perfect results! #CadburyKitchen http://vine.co/v/bQPPxZKQD0t

Amazing #CadburyKitchen creation of the week... Introducing Brooksters!!

1/2 brownie & 1/2 chocolate chip cookie... Totally awesome! I found a brownie recipe on www.cadbury.co.uk but you can use your own favourite recipes for each... Then bake at 165•C for 18-20 minutes, turning round halfway. I found a special tray for them in the US but you can use a muffin pan or whatever you have to hand!
