How health psychology relates to fear and discipline

There are many unhappy adults in this world, but the most unhappy ones are those that were frightened by a situation or an adult in their life when they were children.

I am including all significant adult figures, parents, siblings, teachers, preachers and any significant figure that is associated with creating a traumatic event. The Connection between Fear and Discipline.  http://goo.gl/uqQme

Emotions just exist, people cannot change them easily, they are acquired differently than the way people master practical skills and neglecting them can create difficulties in life.

I hope you're all having a good week-end

“Sorry, I’m late.”

✿ For some, being late is stressful, but, it beats the alternative.✿

Here some of the reasons explained by Adoree Durayappah-Harrison

Fearmongering  the action of deliberately arousing public fear or alarm about a particular issue.

Note this tactic is used by activists and extremists and is NOT just utilized by the "food movement".  What are some other examples???

The Emotional Effects of Terror
by +Dr. Cheryl Ann MacDonald, Psy'D.

There is no right or wrong way to respond to terrifying events, and how one reacts varies from person to person. Understandably some respond with feeling helpless and not wanting to believe.

Over time, these feelings may escalate to extreme anxiety, fear and despair. Some may relive the event in the form of a flashback, have difficulty concentrating, experience extreme fear, and notice an increase in health problems.  For more information http://goo.gl/UzO4X

Insanity is a legal term, meaning, whatever the psychiatric diagnosis "was the person aware of  the crime being wrong at the time of the offense."

The article below explains new biological factors that have not been utilized or accepted, as far as I am aware, in any murder/criminal trial. The biological research is just being studied & is not a "true science" at this time.
