I attended Lumber Liquidators University in Jacksonville, Florida. The last night we had a party on the roof top deck overlooking the river. Vanilla Ice, Rob Lynch (LL's CEO) and Tom Sullivan (LL's founder) were in attendance. The night finished off with Vanilla Ice singing "Play That Funky Music White Boy" on stage with Rob Lynch and Tom Sullivan.

Back to the Future

On the phone with my bank. I can't remember the password to an online payment section I don't use very often. I click reset password and it gives me an 800 number to call. I call the 800 number and hold for 10 minutes. I get someone, who is very pleasant to speak with, to help me with my problem.

Her: "How can I help you?"
Me: "I need to reset my password"
Her: "I can mail you your password"
Me: "Great...can you please confirm that you have powell_davi... as my email?"
Her: "Sorry I meant I need to mail you via the postal service."
Me: "Are you joking?"
Her: "No"
Me: "OK, please send it to my address on file"
Her: "Will do"
