Morgan Fisher’s “Phi Phenomenon” from 1968 presents an ordinary clock shot at regular speed for the duration of a 1200 ft. roll of film. Most films are representational, but ”Phi Phenomenon”, rather than representing a clock, actually becomes one upon projection; however, instead of “telling time,” it enacts it.

We follow artists Medialegal and Bujangan Urban. Medialegal started as a punk group, which subsequently led to making art under the same moniker.
