Markus Brunetti's portraits of churches are unique: together with his Partner, Betty Schöner, he's traveling through Europe for ten years and taking photos of churches. No normal photos, of course: he takes hundreds to thousands of photos of each facade and stitches them together during a week-long process. The result of hard work and stupendous determination are breathtaking portraits of these churches, depicted in a clean and crisp way never seen before.

A lot was said about freedom these days. Buy as much caricatures as you want, that's fine with me. But breaking down one of the central problems of our time into a mere question of hype and marketing is nothing but bad taste and ignoble behaviour. And that's where freedom ends. At least for me.___
