Saturday morning down on the beach taking photos with friends is always a great way to start a weekend. This morning I caught up with +Marshall Rainbow and +Floyd Gee talking photography and everything else. Finishing off the early start with a strong flat white coffee at the local haunt Grind is always a welcome treat.

Last night while sitting down and watching a Wordpress tutorial on lynda.com I re-discovered just how awesome blogging is. I am yet to finalise exactly what I want to do on my blog but I am considering sharing my processing and posting process on it.

Golden Hour

New Moon rises at 19:22 tonight in Sydney

I spent an hour down at Cronulla with +Marshall Rainbow taking photos of the moon rising at the rock pools, unfortunately there was far too much man made light down there to get anything worth sharing, As I got into my car I looked our over the Pacific Ocean and say this.

He turns 77 in a weeks time and swims in this pool every day of his life, he goes to the gym 3 days a week and plays a round of golf the other four days a week. That's dedication for you.

By far the best sunrise in the past 30 days this morning. After a perfect Autumn weekend in Sydney it's time to head back to work tomorrow.

Earlier today I posted a video and a set of images from this mornings sunrise this is my personal favorite from the set. Again I approached this dad who was also out enjoying this mornings 6:17am sunrise with his daughter and have offered them the photo, he was very happy that I approached him.
