I don't know about you, but after giving it a chance, I actually like being able to load new messages instead of the always on feed. Yes it is an adjustment, but I don't feel rushed and can just hit "L" to load the new ones.

Thank you so much, +Ron Clifford, for the technical and creative direction!! Your support, guidance and patience got me through this challenging, but fun mentorship. I’d give you 2 apples (or cake) every day if I could’ve! :0)
I look at scenes with intention now.…when’s the best time to shoot, how it would look in different seasons or even processed in a certain way. I found that I learn the most when I’m out of my comfort zone and am learning to embrace it. Also, my comfort zone is getting bigger too. I’m more confident about my abilities and am producing more quality images and not just “flukes”.

Ron Clifford’s first mentor-ship has given me a great foundation for artistic photography. In addition to opening my eyes for the basic elements of photography, especially colors, lines, shapes, composition and the importance of imprinting our feelings into our images, he also gave me the confidence that I was heading in the right direction.
Without this basic knowledge and confidence I would not have signed up for a local Fine Art Photography class at Calumet University. Bob Killen, my instructor, recognized the potential in me, and throughout the class series he guided me to sharpen my photography skills, as well as encouraged me to freely use my artistic and designing skills. He helped me understand what Fine Art Photography is, and at the end of the class I was able to display my images at an exhibit organized by Bob Killen Fine Art and Calumet.

Chromebook ready for Liftoff
My new Chromebook is being put through the paces and I will post a review in the next few days.
By integrating the Google Suite of productivity applications, the ability to add apps and extensions like programs and a clean speedy uncluttered interface, I think Google has hit a home run and the first serious paradigm shift in how we view productivity and online connectivity. So far.....Brilliant

Often, when I am working toward a goal, there comes a moment when I feel like stopping, of letting go or giving up. In a tired and overwhelmed moment I fear I have failed, or am about to. Maybe it seems just too hard or unattainable. It's usually at that time, when it seems hardest, that a breakthrough is about to happen and all the negative powers that be are conspiring to keep you down. The sun is still behind the clouds just waiting to break through.
So I say, I Won't Stop At least not today.

I am thrilled beyond belief to say that the funding campaign for my upcoming book "Sky Crystals: Unraveling the Mysteries of Snowflakes" HAS SUCCEEDED. The book is now 100% funded and the production is guaranteed. WOW! I'm running on adrenaline at the moment, and I have everyone to thank for that. :)

I’ve been working on a little side project whenever I have some time in the evenings, and recently I’ve made a few pretty sweet breakthroughs.
What started as a fun little tool that was developed through the brainstorming sessions with +Thomas Hawk, has turned into a tool that a handful of photographers have been using regularly months later.
