It is funny how the new +Google+ panels look much better (in my case at least) in Internet Explorer that in Chrome! The two pics below show in each case when I am at the top of my G+ page. In Chrome the top part is hidden behind the search bar, in Explorer everything is visible as it should be.

I don't know if it is just me but the new +Google+ layout is not working for me. In the photos page, the top edge of the top row of my images is covered with the big white search bar, thus preventing me from selecting these pics.

And where the hell is my auto awesome moving images that G+ should have made from these images of my kid?

Got the new G+... lots of issues as far as the slipping and sliding sections are concerned. Chief among them is the issue of elements that slide being hidden by elements that are permanently there. In the example below my slide-out profile card is kept partially hidden by the list of contacts.

Nexus 4 Problem - Crackling Noise
I recently started hearing a strange crackling noise in my N4 during calls - both while making or receiving. At first I thought it was due to some VoIP apps (I was trying out Talkatone and then GrooveIP) so I disabled them. When the problem persisted, I disabled my Google Voice too. It still happened, so I returned the phone to factory state and reinstalled my apps (minus the VoIP apps). But the noise is still there! Anyone else having this issue. The noise is quite sharp, enough to feel your ear drums getting hammered some time! Oh, and sometime I also hear an echo of the conversation. Any Help?

Google is building its own hardware, and it’s beautiful. Right now I’m typing this on the Chromebook Pixel, a device that Google is lending to me for a month. It is a device fully designed by Google themselves and it is of the highest quality.

The Chromebook features the highest resolution screen ever, and it is ‘retina’. It is also 25% brighter than other hi-end laptops and the screen can be viewed from any angle. There are 4.3 million pixels all packed together into the screen - and most surprisingly: the device has a touch screen.
