+Sprint Where's my LTE?

Just saying, as much as I'm paying, and as much as +Sprint  is saying they have LTE in Dallas / Fort Worth, I should be getting it.  Yet, at home or at work (Las Colinas) - I get nothing. I have NEVER seen LTE on my phone.  Period.

And yes, I realize it says LTE for the network...  but 2.3Mbps?  That's not LTE.

Are you serious?  Did they just compare the EF5 tornado in Oklahoma to Little Boy, the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima?  The one that killed (immediately) ~66,000, and over 5 more years brought the toll to possibly 200,000 due to radiation?

So, yeah.... running Lab Rats 2.2 (for Sprint) - device won't activate.  Error 1500.  Anyone had this issue?  I've had it popup for every ROM I've flashed so far, and most often fails, but eventually just resolves itself.  This time though, doesn't seem to be.  As such, I can place phone calls / sms, but no mobile data - which makes GPS useless, Ingress unplayable, etc.

Any ideas?  Otherwise, downloaded a stock / unroot ROM right now to flash, which I don't want to do, but....  well, yeah.

Hi +Shaun Oleson, I was hoping to catch some feedback.  I'm working on a simple, easy to use web  + Android app for doing basic laser safety calculations.  I'm starting with the web page (much quicker / easier to develop, plus get feedback).  Once complete, I'll port the whole thing over to Android.  My goal is to make something very simple, yet resourceful, that the common laser user might be tempted to use, for free - 
Reason being, everyone should be aware of the hazards when using a laser.  Your average user isn't going to want to download some complex software, and definitely not pay for anything.

Anyways, I'd greatly appreciate feedback, corrections, suggestions, etc from you or anyone in the community.

Maybe I'm just messed up, but here's my opinion on death penalty - 
1.) No  death row bs.  I don't want my tax money going to these people
2.) Method of execution should reflect on crimes.  For example: Half overdose this guy (but not numb him), then start snipping his neck.  Number of snips to be fatal should equal number of necks he snipped.
