We have long pushed for transparency so users can better understand the extent to which governments request their data—and Google was the first company to release numbers for National Security Letters. However, greater transparency is needed, so today we have petitioned the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to allow us to publish aggregate numbers of national security requests, including FISA disclosures, separately. Lumping national security requests together with criminal requests—as some companies have been permitted to do—would be a backward step for our users.

Not sure I would have all of these as awesome 80's cartoons. But 'Bionic 6' was one of my all time favorite cartoons. It was good to see ''Mask' again. 'Silverhawks' was like a bad version of thunder cats mixed with 'G-Force' and 'The Galaxy Rangers". I liked it but I don't think it ever really found it's voice. I think 'Pole Position' and  'Galaxy Rangers' should have been in this list.

I admit I was wary the first time her name came up but Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) continues to impress me with her reasonable approach to things. If she continues I would very much like to vote her in as President one day. Course she's probably burning up all her political capital in doing things that actually makes sense.

Unfortunately, this article from The Nation shows that "far from an aberration, such bonuses appear to be fairly common on Capitol Hill." It's something that the public shouldn't stand for.
