The Pons Cestius (Italian: Ponte Cestio) is a Roman stone bridge in Rome, Italy, spanning the Tiber to the west of the Tiber Island. The original version of this bridge was built around the 1st century BC (some time between 62 and 27 BC), after the Pons Fabricius, sited on the other side of island.

3° e ultima parte inedita del video timelapse TIME GOES BY - III (A timelapse journey in Roma)

2013-01-18 10:38:52 (0 comments, 5 reshares, 8 +1s)

I was thinking to sell my photos with Getty, but maybe it's better I look for another seller who will not give my photos free to Google users!

About six months ago I started my journey into time-lapse photography.
This is my first TL project to try to capture the beauties I see in my hometown Rome, one of the most beautiful city in the world.
It has been an ongoing process from September through December 2012, with a lot of testings and mistakes I've made in the many days and sleepless nights I've spent wandering from place to place.
It is a time lapse sequences of more than 20,000 RAW photos that I rendered out as a 1080P 25fps movie with iMovie.
Thanks to everyone for all your comments.
It is a great feeling to have one's work appreciated and possibly to inspire.
Now that I have finished, I see it only as a beginning.
