Richmond Park in the Morning Mist
I'll add this as my entry for this weeks #photographychat  theme, which is #landscapephotography  Now I know there are some talented Landscape togs in the community so let's get sharing, and if you are free on Wednesday why not join us on Twitter for a tweetup or here on the Photography Chat G+ community for a live hangout, hell you could get to see why I don't show my portrait if you are real lucky....

Amongst The Oyster Beds
Whitstable in Kent is known for it's seafood. It's location on the Thames Estuary gives rise to shallow water with muddy sediments that are ideal for crabs and Oysters. 
The structure in the sea is a collection of elevated Oyster beds that are only visible at low tide.

Boscastle, Cornwall
Boscastle is a small village in Cornwall built around a fishing port, the road to it from one side is steep and twisty, on this side it's steeper and twistier.
This makes it a wonderful scenic place, but also subject to flooding, a few years ago many houses were washed away by flash floods but it has since been rebuilt.

Damn You Google+
So far I've spent the best part of 8hrs (maybe 12) since the update marvelling at the images coming up in my stream and responding to comments on images I've posted.
At this rate I'll never get anything done...

Chiswick House - Front Elevation
I originally processed this as an #HDR  comprised of 7 RAW files at 1EV spacing.
This is the resultant #tonemapped  TIFF, imported into Lightroom and converted to Black & White.
This was my last shot of the day, I had moved a few signs etc from the foreground and was taking shots between the passing people and small groups gathering to watch when the tripod police appeared.
They were fairly cheery and conversational and I told them the image would not be used for resale at which they seemed happy and departed.

OK, this is an interesting enhancement. Click on a # on any post and the card flips to show more about that tag. But then you also get a new top bar with suggested users, communities etc.

G+ Photo Enhancements and Layout Change
From chats within the community it's clear that a lot of people don't have access to post production for their images (some don't want it, some can't afford it). 
With the upcoming G+ Layout change there will also be new photo enhancement tools and the layout will display your pictures better as well.

Sun Surveyor
I'll add this in gear chat because that's probably the best place. I've been using this app for a couple of years now, I started with the free version but liked it so much ~I upgraded.
What does it do?
Several things the main one being overlay the position and arc of the sun & moon onto a map allowing you to calculate the location of the sun / moon over the subject you wish to photograph.
For example; you want to photograph a bridge at sunset, you work out where you want to be for the best position get there at sunset but the sun is in the wrong section of the sky. Flip open sun surveyor, center it on the shooting position and adjust the date until the sun is in the right place, make a note to return that day and time. I used it extensively when going on holiday so I could calculate the best locations to shoot at during sunset & sunrise.

As time progresses we find that more and more of our iconic landmarks are under pressure in terms of their viability. So many of these great, old buildings are now lost or are slated for demolition these days. We totally understand the need for these sites to be financially viable, but this doesn’t remove the sense of sadness and loss we experience when encountering these stories. Today’s post finds us visiting a landmark in Victoria, BC that will soon be undergoing massive redevelopment, with the requirement to remove almost all of the historic buildings on site. Thankfully, Rosemead Manor will be saved and preserved as a key heritage building in the city.

York House
Taken last autumn, this is a Pano composed of 3 vertically framed RAW shots. I could not get the shot in one hit but was without the tripod so I took a chance on handheld. 
The images were merged to Pano in Photoshop CS6 with the resultant TIFF being exported to Lightroom for finishing touches.

*Mute Swan"
Taken at Pen Ponds in Richmond Park. I was hiking in the park with a view to grabbing some landscapes when I heard a commotion from the lake, rushing over this Swan was preening and cleaning.
