Must See: Toxic Sugar on 60 Minutes
OK everyone please take a moment to watch this, it could save a few lives here. I have recently for the last month been on a Keto diet, which as a result includes no sugars.
My whole view on this has changed. Put sugar in the same categories as Cigarettes and Alcohol.
