Poke Chops
Didn't feel like smoking the brisket tonight, so quickly I dry-brined hand cut chops w/ fresh rosemary, onion, garlic, and meyer lemon.
Grilled at 450, with smoked corn on teh cobz and asparagus drizzled w/ blood orange olive oil.
I love spring

I saw this group of eggs today that were home grown from their own chickens.

I just made a sundae with Sour Cream Vanilla Gelato as the base topped with , Maple Candied Bacon, Sweet and Spicy Pecans, Chocolate Dipped Sea Salt Potato chips, Sour Cream Whipped Cream, and a Bourbon Caramel Sauce" OMG and I just finished eating it!
