This was one of my favorites. A really good talk. More and more of our schools and workplaces are arranged in pods. While team work is great, do you ever find yourself needing a little space to be productive? Anyone who is an introvert, or needs quiet time alone to think and reflect and be creative, will especially appreciate the perspectives shared in this talk.

Through a genetic mutation among Europeans some populations have been able to tolerate dairy in our diets, but dairy was not meant to be consumed much by humans past the age of 5-6. Even organic milk is not safe; milking cows are kept pregnant all the time for their milk and have tons of hormones.
