Natural Painkillers
Ginger: recommended dose 1 teaspoon of dried ginger or 2 teaspoons of chopped ginger added to meals daily.

Happy people habits: having enough
More isn’t always better and less isn’t always worse. What you have might just be as much as you will ever need, you might just have enough to be happy right this minute with what you have, however much or however little. You find that all you need for happiness is having enough. 

Enough sadness to appreciate the laughter, enough ugliness in the world to see beauty all around you in small things, enough hardship to take true pleasure in rest – enough of life, enough for living, enough to surround you and take you through your journey. Happy people habits: find something good in everyone
If you let yourself waste time on people who you dislike by even giving them a corner at the back of your mind you waste the precious space for feelings of content and happiness. There is only that much real-estate in your heart and filling it with negative feelings towards someone leaves no room for anything else.

The less time we spend minding someone else, someone else we despise, the more time we have to enjoy life. After all, there are very few people in the world who truly deserve hate – and even then, it’s giving them too much credit, thinking about them. Having no emotions for someone who has done you wrong is a better option in any case. It’s even better to turn your negative emotions around, turn them into pity or acceptance. How to wake up earlier & do more stuff
And no, it’s not about going to bed earlier… although that helps. At the core of being able to get up early in the morning and actually connect before you have your first cup of coffee is the desire to be awake.

Have you ever been so excited about the events of the following day that you had no problems waking up before your alarm and feeling fresh and alert despite being short of sleep?  Basically, being excited about life is what makes your brain switch on faster after a long time of idleness, having something to look forward to is what does it.

When you buy from a farmers’ market you cut out the middle man, get higher quality produce at a lower price while supporting your local community. It does take time to shop this way and it’s less convenient than driving to a supermarket that you would go to anyway but there is a difference in taste and price that makes it worth the effort of making the extra trip. You get to know the person who is growing your food, find out where it came from and get to pick the best of what they have on offer and that’s normally the kind of fruit and vegetables you would see on magazine covers and cooking shows.

1.Wait for a better time. There is never a good time to do anything especially if that’s something you have been putting off for a while. There is never a good time to start exercising or learning a new language… You make the time for these things if they are important to you - make them important enough for the good time to be now.
