So this RadioLab episode [1] reminded me of my once-upon-a-time fascination with lucid dreaming [2]. One strategy used for triggering a lucid dream is to ask yourself (during waking life) "Am I dreaming?" Eventually, the theory goes, you'll ask yourself the same question during a dream, and trigger lucidity.
I started asking myself that question, but haven't been terribly consistent. So (with help from ttytter [3]) I hacked a little twitter bot to follow!

I've been a fan of http://www.radiolab.org/ for some time - but I have to highlight the 99% invisible show I listened to this morning: highly recommended. I'm obviously going to to have to add 99% invisible to my podcast lineup.
"We start with the art of making modern electronic devices 'sound right' with carefully designed beeps and clicks. Then, a complicated portrait emerges from decades-old graffiti etched into the sidewalks of San Francisco. And dense infographics become a new kind of diary for a guy who charts his time on Earth as a series of annual reports."
