How do I "close" hangouts in that right column hangout bar thingy? I only wanna keep active chats open so I know what's new. I can't tell what I've seen and what I haven't. (There were two new chats there from over the weekend that didn't appear on any of my devices)

One other small G+ nit, The +1 button now has the count (e.g. "+8") which is a bit confusing even though I now know what it does. 

I see that you were trying to combine two similar things (the action to take a +1 and the results of being plus one'd) but even now, I still hesitate, thinking it'll give me the list of 8 people who have +1'd, not necessarily +1'ing the post. 

Not sure that's clear at all.

I am going to try to articulate some of my feeback about the new (web) design of Google +. I'm having a really really hard time with the new layout for the following reasons. 

The two-column layout with new content in both columns causes me to zig zag back and forth between content and I never know if I'm reading in order. 

Because content in the left column can be longer than the right (and vice versa) If I'm reading a longer item in the left column, I scroll down to read it, the top of the item in the right column is already scrolled away and I have to scroll back up to read it when I'm done with the item in the left column. I'm constantly scrolling up and down looking left and right. 

Because of this, I get lost, contextually, in the stream (what did I just read? was this it? which item do these comments belong to?)

I made a G+ "Page" for avocado.. but not sure how the URLs are supposed to work. Isn't it supposed to be something like plus.google.com/avocado?

Avocado is growing! Looking for office space in SF for 6-8+ folks with the following characteristics... please LMK If you know of a great space! 

1500-3500 SQFT
Near BART (but maybe not civic center) 
It's gotta be our own space. No co-working spaces. We are loud. And rowdy :) 
Restroom(s), Kitchenette, and at least one private office/conference room
Internet ready (preferably included) 
Natural light. No basements.
Bonus: Something inspiring, interesting, lovely.

My google fu is failing & I can't find it on the android/designer resources. 

Also is there a preferred phone shell to use?

I called this the "Women in Tech" circle when I first created it a few months back, and visiting this circle is a regular stop for me to see diverse updates and interests.
