It seems now there's a LOT of emoticons on the Hangout Chat's #NewLook  and pretty much anyone on your circles can message you just like you do on your GMessenger.

GTalk/Hangouts Window  #NewLook  Tips: You can see if a person is online if they are highlighted in green on your "Hangout list" There is no way to filter "only people online" or "most recent," etc. as you can, with GTalk in Gmail currently. via +Ian Tang See below how +Keith Myers name 1st on the list gets underlined in a very thin green line letting you know he's available.

New Google Messaging: Unified or Even More Fragmented?
Maybe someone can explain this to me. The way Google messaging used to be was confusing. I would get a message in the Messaging section of the Google+ app and that conversation would be nowhere to be found on my PC, or in Gtalk. But at least when I had G+ open on my browser in one tab and Gmail open in another, the two messaging lists were pretty much the same. 

Now, I see the Hangouts section in my G+ tab and Gtalk in Gmail. Totally different lists. In fact, in Hangouts, all I see are some names I can hang out with but no indication of who is online right now to chat with. Please tell me there is some smart way to filter contacts by current status and I just missed it.

It seems the need for a unified Google messaging solution is a real one but the product the company launched is even more confusing than before. What... more »

+Google+ please bring back Auto-refresh auto scroll to the #NewLook   I don't have time to be clicking on that new button! I loved the option of pausing. PLEASEEE!

How to change your Stream layout on the G+  #NewLook  (from crazy multiple columns to  Single column): "If you click on the More button at the top (near the circle names) and scroll down to the bottom. You can change it to a 1-column feed like before." via +Dallas Dowdy

There are two very simple things I don't like about the G+ update:
1. 2 column view because it looks like crap, They really should have stretched the 2 columns so the fill the screen
2. No more autorefresh..
Besides those two things the new G+ is freaking awesome

Google+ Changes Layout - Users are typical users - Hate change

Every single time a platform that is loved makes a major change you'll find people that love and hate it. You'll find people that sing from the heavens I can't believe it took you thinks long to do this, It's AMAZING or OMG I HATE IT KILL IT WITH FIRE.

I remember the last couple major overhauls on Google+, the reactions have always been the same. In a few weeks you'll find a new thing to complain about and a new source to aim your torches and pitchforks at.

If you don't want to wait until you're conditioned into loving something you hate, you could always take a moment, stop complaining, and learn how to use the new user interface. Remember, Google does listen to us. Use that feedback button.

In a month and 6 days I will have a new baby cousin! Noel, looking forward to see his sweet face! A month after I will have a second baby cousin, Jhonathan! Can't wait to kiss them both and touch their tiny feet! These will be the first Perez in our family over the past 20 years! The next generation! My heart is filled with happiness! This weekend I travel again for the next baby shower! Can't wait to be with my family again! <3

Sometimes it's difficult to move on from events in our lives and it's okay. It's ok to be disappointed sometimes, and feel sad. Let the emotion out when you're feeling it and then you'll be able to let it go. Just feel the sad emotion then pick yourself up and let it go. Invest your energy in turning it around and finding something better. The first step to get better is to stop looking backwards and start looking forward. Be okay with what's happened, set your eyes in the future and make it happen! Above all things, SMILE!
