After using an iPhone for 30 days, I realized that Android has a much more polished UI and more intuitive features. Things were much more difficult to do on the iPhone then they were on Android. This is the reason why I created this video series. I want to show the flexibility on Android compared to iOS. #boycottapple

Nokia Is Unraveling Faster Than Anyone Imagined

... and when Nokia CEO, Elop, explains it all with the very words “The strength of Android ..." -  - then I feel he is almost giving up (see http://allthingsd.com/20120614/nokia-announces-shakeup-as-phone-maker-forced-to-cut-outlook-again/?reflink=ATD_yahoo_ticker). 

Remember this is the CEO who decided that Android was not the way to go. For him to explain Nokias trouble with “The strength of Android", is almost like giving up.

Right now (9:52AM EDT), Nokia stock is down to 2.33 from yesterdays close at 2.79 - that is down 16.49%

I actually think “to have fun” is one of life’s greatest puposes :-)

Motorola going enterprise with Android
I think this is a clever move.
More Androids should embrace coorporations security-wise as well as office-wise.
In fact, I think RIM should have done this with Android. RIM could have been THE Android provider for enterprises :-) instead of - well whatever RIM is now :-(

What photo and video editing software should I buy?

(EDIT: For MS Windows)

I want to buy some really good photo/video editing software for a 16 year old girl who has become very interested in more skilled editing of her photos and videos etc.

I’ve been looking at Adobe, but I’m confused about all the different packages Adobe has (does the package “Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 & Adobe Premiere Elements 10” have all the stuff for this?)

Do you have any advice / experience / recommendation for me?

That is just one of the saddest lines.

I just watched the movie “Strictly Ballroom”. A strong movie, coined by this line in the movie by Doug Hastings: “We had the chance but we were scared. We walked away. WE LIVED OUR LIVES IN FEAR!”
It reminded me about a line in one of Kris Kristofferson’s songs: ”I’d rather be sorry for something I’ve done than for something I didn’t do”.

So … here’s to everybody: don’t live your life in fear :-)
