It is not that I haven't thought of this myself before (due to the recent run-up in real estate) but this statement stops me dead in my track - because these are Bubble prices again!!

One could argue that this article might be too generalized but then again, Japan's current growth numbers speak volumes after nearly two decades of not moving in any direction at all, so the author does make a point that stimulus done right can lead to growth, whereas austerity without punishing the right fractions, can lead to a recession.

I have always thought this woman to be incredibly sexy...but not for her lips and eyes (even though that helps!!) but for her being....a BRAINY woman!! 

She is highly intelligent, articulate, caring and savvy and I only wish her the best after her mastectomy. To me she will continue to embody the kind of "sexy" that goes well beyond the physical realm....

Sometimes it is difficult to dig up the past to deal with the pain that affects us today, but the problem is that if we don't deal with it and process it, it will inconvenience us sooner or later.  In my case it is fear of abandonment and it reared its ugly head over the weekend - which made me aware again, that I have not fully recognized the pain from the past and released it fully to set myself free.

Whatever it is for you - know that you can do it! ;-)

Hmmm....if this thing can handle a 16 lbs cat trying to yank on it...I'd buy it to keep him busy during the day (so he quits attacking the older more peaceful cat). 

But then again..after about one week..he will have moved on (cats are notorious for getting bored easily....just ask those who purchased all those expensive laser toys!! Right? ;-))
