For me these aren't just flowers.

I remember myself sitting as a small girl in my grandmother's bedroom a box of treasures in my hands. It was a small box filled with buttons and cheramic pearls. Something in that room, maybe even that box had a scent of these flowers.

That grandmother passed away more than 30 years ago, but every summer first scent of lily of the valley reminds me of her.
