If the prosecution tries to profile George Zimmerman's character, then the defense will try to use this evidence in the Trayvon Martin case. I agree. Stand by the facts, please. If they aren't any sizable facts, let the case rest. If facts exonerate, good. If facts condemn, good.

Today a Google Employee directly contacted one of our Google AdWords clients and showed herself as being in charge of the account. She went on a range of "loses" and "improvements" (those of you who receive those automated suggestions know what I'm talking about) and asked for a phone conference.
It is only outrageous because the email that she addressed was not the email associated with the AdWords account, and she even CCed my email (which is not associated either).
Of course, our client demanded an explanation, currently a problem to be resolved. And we demanded an explanation to her. Her answer?
