Any interest in discussing training plans? i use the training plans found on the coolrunning site and i will say i find them quite do-able and they lead to me increasing my performance as i target them to specific races. i am fairly new to running, entering my 3rd year of year round running. I am focusing on a 10K plan this spring again - i followed one this past fall and had a nice run at the Buffalo Turkey Trot 5 mile race this past november. Anyone have any plans they really enjoy? i'd be interested in looking at others ...

Enjoyed meeting up in real life with +Linas Vepstas at the USRowing Masters National Reggata in Worcester Massachusetts this past weekend!
