Hi All, Keen photographer from Inverness. Most of my images are from around the Highlands that is when I can get time to get out and take some. Full time employment oftens gets in the way! Had a few images published in the local press as new items and also managed to have one of my images used on the TV advert. :)

Eilean Donan Castle

For the best part of 200 years, the stark ruins of Eilean Donan lay neglected, abandoned and open to the elements, until Lt Colonel John Macrae-Gilstrap bought the island in 1911. Along with his Clerk of Works, Farquar Macrae, he dedicated the next 20 years of his life to the reconstruction of Eilean Donan, restoring her to her former glory. The castle was rebuilt according to the surviving ground plan of earlier phases and was formally completed in the July of 1932.

So there has been an update to Google Chrome and now that I sue two profiles it opens them in different windows - which is okay but if I want to use the same extensions then I have to down load them again!!!!

My explorer only crashed twice and I had to delete my profile to get it working about three times but up and running now - be lost without chrome!
