It took MONTHS for the GOP congress to even vote for relief for Victims of Sandy, and some of the fund are still being held back.  If they vote fast and large for  Oklahoma relief,  we know the GOP doesn't vote for what is fair and right but for who pays them.

It never stops. Yet another "writer" who's only research is a chat over a drink at a party, now pretends to know how G+ works and spreads the old ghost town myth still. Shame on you +Jill Duffy Yeah she's one of those who has a ghost profile.

A double masectomy... to beat cancer. 

And yes, she had implants put in. And yes, she had the money and foresight and gumption to be able to get pre-screened for the BRCA-1 mutation . And yes, she was able to get the best possible medical care. And... yes Brad Pitt was by her side every moment.

All that notwithstanding... she is decreasing stigma and increasing hope that we can challenge this breast (and ovarian) cancer tragedy. Her risk for breast cancer dropped from 87% to less than 5%.

OK, total noobie here, just switched from Galaxy S to the Note 2.  ACK!  Lots to learn.  On my Galaxy S I had a app (I think it was a T Mobile one), called DriveSmart".  Basically when It was turned on / enabled, all calls routed to voice mail.  
What is out there for me to use now? I seldom get calls, and need to make sure my calls always go to voice mail.  Thanks in advance!

Since today I got my new phone the Galaxy Note 2, that means my Galaxy S will (as soon as I figure out how to transfer/move/reference what there to the new phone) will be doing nothing more than sitting someplace in a drawer gathering dust.

So I would like some ideas o how to pay things forward and get some ideas as to how to get this phone to someone who could make good use of it.  Ideas?
Oh yeah, I was >< close to getting the Nexus 4.

Things I did today:
a) not work, still no voice
b) got plus mentioned into a ugly morass of a pity party post for someone begging for some money, for no known reason why however....
c) got all kinds of nastiness thrown at me by people I do not know, because I asked why I was plus mentioned in which...
d) got called hatespewing because I asked
e) drove 30 miles north to go to a T-Mobile only to
f) get a call from the car dealer, that I was needed back 30 miles south to sign something that needed signing, that was not noticed on Mon. or Tues.
g) so drove 30 miles south more to go to a different T-Mobile
h) found an excellent Thai restaurant, had a great lunch that Mom and I enjoyed.
i) Finally got my new Phone!  Hello, Galaxy Note 2! (I foresee a steep learning curve)
k) home again to see replies for that angry, nastiness of a cesspool, I wasthrown ... more »

So I am pretty much a klutz, who has taken up the challenge to embrace the only girly part of me, nice nails.  My nails are thin, slow to grow, peel and break all too easily. Taking care of them became a necessary,  breaks and bleeding hang nails just plain hurt. Adding color with polish was just a next step.  This community has helped me greatly, in cleaning up my act, polishing better, cleaner, nicer, with growing strong nails and great compliments   So I have just taken the next step and bought a dotting tool from Avon.

So NPC plussers...how to I use it?  It came with no instructions.
