It would be nice +Louis Gray & +Natalie Villalobos if I could sort people who circled me by the # of people in common. This feature enhancement would help identify people with the same common interests. Please add this functionality to your feature backlog!

I am surprised what this article claims:

"The top five tech companies, in terms of moolah doled out, are Twitter: paying $120K on average, Apple: paying $113K on average, LinkedIn: paying $112K on average, Facebook: paying $110K on average and lastly (which surprised me) Google, at 104K."

Do you think this numbers are accurate? To me they seem LOW.

Google+ Product/Marketing/Engineering know what they are doing. They cram some hidden code that reveals some secret "Upcoming features" and get a ton of FREE press; it is a BRILLIANT ploy!

We’ve been listening to feedback from our users who want more flexible ways to find their friends on Google+. One of the most flexible tools is an address book uploader, and I wanted to share the good news that it will be rolling out to everyone over the next few days.

Many email systems— and even some social networks — put users in charge of their own data by helping them export their contacts in the standard CSV or vCard formats.

One thing about our uploader is that we won’t mix your imported contacts up with all of your other Google Contacts. We only store the ones that you put into your Circles.

We’re hoping our new address book uploader helps users discover new ways to find their friends. As always, keep the feedback coming, and thanks for using Google+!

Google throttles the amount of people you can add in a day

There are so many people that I want to add to my circles. However, I have added too many people in the last 24 hours. When I try to add new people, I receive an error that displays "Error changing circle memberships."

I am NOT at the 5K max following limit.

How to get more engagement for your public posts

So you've recently joined GooglePlus or finally decided to put some time into figuring out your circles. With the plethora of people sharing their circles I think its now easy for you to get alot of interesting content into your stream.

Only problem now is that when you make a public post hardly anyone +1's or comments or reshares your post (engagement). Feels a little lonely?

By my limited experience, the level of engagement that you get on your own public posts is proportional to the number of followers that you have (about 1% to 2% is what I get on a good photograph, much less on the not so good ones).

One of the first things I learned about Google+ when I joined a few months back was how friendly people are here. When I had a question, I could ask for help to Google+, the Google+ Managers, or in my stream, and help was there. As our circles grew, many of us wanted a way to help our own followers and friends coming on board so this group was formed for just that reason.
We are NOT Google employees, just an UNOFFICIAL of active users here who are willing and eager to share tips, answer questions, and seek out answers for new users.
