I find it amazing that the cosmetic industry propagates its products with misleading/false advertisements that have clearly been digitally enhanced. Selling of a product that had little to do with the advertisement, and more to do with digital enhancements seems wrong to me. Jesse Rosten’s spoof pokes fun at the very idea, I have personally adjusted enough photos to know just how easy it is.

My Contribution for #LongExposureThursday is a shot I tookon top of Minneapolis’ Stone Arch Bridge. It’s a bit on the differentside. It was a 6 second exposure where the camera was moved at 5.5seconds causing the lights to shift while leaving the rest of the exposureintact.

Specs:
Camera:Nikon D7000
Lens:14-24 mm f/2.8
Shot at 15 mm (35mm film equiv: 22mm)
Exposure: Manual exposure, 6 sec, f/5.6,ISO 100
