Welcome to being a woman on the internet (especially if you make videos on YouTube). Guys get the same shit, too, but women get it way worse.


I'm not gonna enable comments, because I don't need people's sympathy -- but I will say this:

Just be a decent human being. If you've ever considered posting something like this, don't. And if you see your friends pulling this shit, do not let them get away with it. Unfortunately, silence is often perceived as approval by people like this.

Getting a lot of grief about this post, mostly telling me that it's not OK for Apple to use and merge the great things that exist into iOS because they also sue other companies.

Sorry, but legal teams aren't going to define what I think is right or wrong, and the free sharing of great ideas should have nothing to do with lawsuits. These two things are separate, and taking issue with one shouldn't have any effect on the other.

If you think differently, that's cool, too. Nobody should tell anyone else what to think.

Does anyone know of an Android app that will give me voice directions when walking? I'm struggling getting around on my own now and I can't rely on people being considerate. A vibrate option would be great too if I come into close proximity to someone/something but I doubt that's possible.

I'm infinitely amused that #Xbone  has become a "thing" online. So much so, that I started the tag #XboneQuotes !

I want to talk about this, because I find it really rude... and honestly, a little wtf. I've been well aware of this issue, because I've been told the EXACT same thing (I used to model). 

This girl is beautiful. She's 5'10" and is a size 12/14 (16/18 in the UK). She's been recently featured in an H&M campaign, and a lot of people noticed she wasn't waif thin. 

She's now been talking about her experiences as a model, and that at one point, she was told she had two options in the modeling world:

1. Lose weight (the standard) and drop to a size 4 to have a successful career as a standard model; or

2. GAIN weight and get up to size 10 (or more) to have a successful career as a plus sized model.
