Since I usually sit in the passenger seat on our commute into work, I get to take shots like this in between playing with the kids. This was a possible entry for the 'Frozen Motion' category in +Chrysta Rae's Photography Scavenger Hunt, the results of which are coming out, one fabulous album per day, at the moment.

Laura and I had big plans to take this shot  literally on the road as she is one of those lucky ones who can read in the car without feeling sick , but, we ran out of time, so here she is posing for me on her 17th birthday at 6 a.m. before her AP History exam . . . what a star : )
