Notifications that sync across devices, and a new Android app

Starting today, Google+ notifications are much easier to use across mobile and desktop. In particular:

- When you read a notification on one device, we'll mark it as read on your other devices
- Likewise: dismissing a notification (with a swipe or a click) does so everywhere, so you can say goodbye to annoying repeats

We've also updated the look and feel of Google+ notifications, including:

- A new bell icon (in the Google Bar, and in the mobile apps) that lets you know if anything's waiting for you
- An updated notifications tray that separates unread from previously-read items

Does anybody know if there are any Google Play Game Services available for the web?
Can't seem to find any. Seems there are only games available for android or iOS at the moment. Shitty. I'd like to know how I'll continue to play games in the future with the Google+ sign in feature.

I've installed World of Goo on my android, and I'm thinking about buying the version on steam as well. I don't like playing games on my phone. I prefer to do it on PC or PS3.

Jag ruttnar verkligen på att vara student för tillfället. Det känns som jag aldrig blir klar, och att evighetsjobbet för examen är konstant. Jag vill bara ge upp, men varför? Det är 5 hp kvar till jag har har pluggat färdigt, men i detta universum så är det sista en pik som säger att jag suger på att skriva c-uppsats, och jag kommer aldrig bli klar.

Blir folket en gång nöjda, så ska jag aldrig studera en endaste minut till i mitt liv. Det vägrar jag!

Noticed that people with older iPhones can't install the #hangouts   app since there is no forward facing camera.
Is that a requirement for Android as well?
Seems like a silly thing to require really, and we probably lose out on a rather large group of people.

Hangouts, phone calls and Google Voice

Thanks for all of your feedback on last week's Hangouts launch. I wanted to quickly talk about 1) making/receiving phone calls in Gmail, and 2) Google Voice support more generally.

1) Today's version of Hangouts doesn't yet support outbound calls on the web and in the Chrome extension, but we do support inbound calls to your Google Voice number. We're working hard on supporting both, and outbound/inbound calls will soon be available. In the meantime, you can continue using Google Talk in Gmail.

2) Hangouts is designed to be the future of Google Voice, and making/receiving phone calls is just the beginning. Future versions of Hangouts will integrate Google Voice more seamlessly.

This is my album with photos of my journey of trying to go healthy.
I've already lost about 3 lbs (1,5 kg) in less than a week, but I'm not celebrating yet. It could all be water weight, but we'll see what happens. I've also lost about a centimeter or two all over. Otherwise I usually feel like normal - like shit some days and awesome on others.

From now on I will try and replace breakfast and dinner with healthy, freshly pressed juice, and I'm hoping that myhealth will improve a lot by doing this.

How to stop random people from starting a Hangout with you

Step 1
Go to your Hangouts window, click on drop-down menu arrow, and click on Customize new requests.

Step 2 
In the Who can Hangout with you window, scroll down to Everyone else and change to desired option (send request).

Step 3
Click Save.

Voila!

If you go into your Google+ account settings and check the Accessibility box your stream will revert back to the original SINGLE stream view instead of the new multiple posts stream. I just did it! :-))

This is how you make a motion out of your photos (from your phone, that is...)

I took 6 photos straight after one another, without trying to move the camera to much. Then when the photos were uploaded and I found them in "auto backup" I saw one single photo + all of the other images, and also a photobooth style of these photos that I took. Pretty cool feature, I might add, even thought I'm not such a fan of animated gifs.

I love the new G+ look and hangouts looks awesome as well! Unfortunately I'm having issues with getting the hangouts app installed on my Nexus 4. It's says it's already installed, but when I click on it, I only get to the old Google talk app.

Oh, and can somebody send me a link to an article that displays all the new features of G+. If anybody knows of such an article. Thanks!

Are you getting ready for google I/O?
Well, me and the cat are! And hopefully everybody else!

My cat did it again. She jumped up in my lap when I was sitting by my computer, and I have a rule that says I must take a photo every time that happens. Seems to happen more often these days, which is a good sign. I love it when she's social and wants to cuddle.

Anywho... Just wanted to have a reason to post about Google I/O. I hope we'll get to see plenty of awesome new features and gadgets.

Well so far, going healthy has been pretty much a big screw up. I tried to make a soul shine Juice, from: fullyrawkristina , and it tasted like s*** . Later on I will try to make carrot juice. I seriously hope that it will taste better. It's a good thing I didn't have my hopes up from the beginning.
