Microsoft didn't even use the #XboxOne  to demo their games. They were being played on a PC using an Xbox One controller. Stop giving the users the impression that your games look that good.

The car felt fantastic today and I had good grip for the low-speed corners, I was on the maximum that I could possibly drive and we got absolutely everything out of the car today. I'm very pleased with third place and it was a strong points-scoring day for the team with Nico's fifth place as well. We've taken a step up in the Constructors' Championship which is great for the team and gives us a nice boost going into Silverstone.

It's taken a long time (coming up to 3 years?) but I can record that I've gone from

102 Kg (224 lbs) at peak after I gave up smoking, to
85 Kg (188 lbs or 13 st 6 lbs).

That's 17 Kg (36 lbs) or 2 st 8 lbs lost. It might have actually been more than that, but I wasn't tracking my weight back then.

My BMR & RMR are 1,889 & 1,806 calories. That's only about 200 calories less to maintain than previously, or 1 croissant so I still need to watch things closely.

Not sure what my body fat was back then, but it's a much better 21% now. Good, but not excellent! I've gone from tight 36" waste trousers, to right-sized 32" trousers. 

Looking forward; 4 lbs weight, and 5% body fat to go before I hit the upper limit on what my weight should be.

Teaching kids electronics. What is the right age?

I think I might have to buy the kids (6 and 4 years old) one of these starter sets, see if they like #building #electronics... Anyone own one? Are the alternatives any good? Littlebits (http://littlebits.com) looks good, but it's USA-based so the shipping is going to kill me.

My phone appears to be getting scarily psychic It knows I often check Tottenham scores (and a few other teams) and London Weather.

What's really spooky is the 'films you might be interested in'. I checked directions to the cinema I'm going to via TFL... Didn't mention that cinema, and definitely didn't specify the film, but it's somehow put two and two together.

Is the Google, Android, or Samsung's Galaxy Extra features that's responsible for this?

Just finished watching Iron Man 3 and unfortunately I felt distinctly underwhelmed by the experience when I was hoping for a real kickass end of the trilogy. It rates better then Iron Man 2 but nowhere as good
as Iron Man 1. 

First Act was ok; you have the setup Tony is stressed over the events of the Avengers. Pepper is running the business side of things,Happy is Head of Security. The comic bit with Favreau ( Why was he looking like a fat Vince Vega in 1999) just didn't sit right and felt unnecessary.

Tony has withdrawn from Pepper and finally tells her what’s up. I mention this because one of the trailer scenes shows an Iron Man grabbing Peppa by the arm, whilst Tony is having a nightmare. Tony wakes up, and pepper
