Forest Dreams Wallpaper

I am eternally grateful for al the support I have received since I joined G+, it has blown me away, I never thought that joining another social site would make much difference in what I do but it has.

I looked to my left recently and saw that I am approaching 80,000 people that have me circled but more than this, much more is the constant interaction I get from you. If ever anyone need to be encouraged in what they do this is it, from someone who wondered if changing his route through life was possible I now believe it is.

To say thank you I have uploaded this as a wallpaper for you to use, something I have not done often in the past but I think this is now my fifth one and its exclusively on G+. Its also rare that I frame images but I liked it this way and as I am now using this as my wallpaper the frame gives me somewhere to put my desktop... more »

So when you go to a workshop but help and observe and not technically shoot you do what you can to try to get something before the end of the day... I needed something to post here.....

1600ish ISO under the lights we were using... IE - these were modeling lights...well and then we had an argument I could not shoot handheld at 1600 - which seems to be the case because its slightly out of focus... well I think it's actually a bad lens... we will see....

Nothing like being without a camera and lens for about a month...

Take It Slow

Looking back at Whitby from the harbour we caught the sunset as it slowly dropped behind the town, it was nice to simply slow down a little and watch the day go to sleep. The last few people were still playing on the beach as the waters took on the colours of the sun, almost like liquid gold.

Take time out once in a while and let the world amaze you.
