Tonight we had our Holiday Party. It was a gathering with our Tai Chi family to enjoy food, friendship, and laughter. We are humbled to have such wonderful and dedicated students. Thank you for all who came out tonight to make this night very special.

Here is a You Tube video illustrating the concept of "Wu Wei". Wu Wei is a Daoist concept that translates to "without action" or "without effort". Our Tai Chi practice should move toward the concept of "action without action", or effortless movement.
