I am a pull request master (what a name!) in a few projects, and we have maintained a three-point code review scale
1 - it doesn't work, it's completely wrong, fix it
2 - it works but it should be done better
3 - each single sign is checked, imports have to be ordered alphabetically  HTML has to be valid, no unwanted white spaces, strict PEP8 for python and so on.

I think the guys here must love it because while we aren't on a tight schedule they usually pick level 3. MWAHA!

I don't know what kind of magic is this but I am totally in love with Brunch with Chaplin. And Backbone.Validation as an addition. I have everything that is needed, and I don't have to write a single JS line. Development is mostly painless.

We've done some experiments with indexing these DBRef fields vs. ObjectIds and found indexes to be 200-300% bigger with DBRefs.

Key events and codes are downright weird when you try to read them from a form field. Part of the reason is that many phones with numerical keyboards pop up a special dialogue screen where you can enter your text. This plays havoc with the events. (And part, I suspect, is just the old-fashioned let’s-make-things-complicated-for-web-developers mindset.)

In general I advise you not to use key events on form fields at all. Instead, read out the form field’s value.
