This is 90% of all industrial design projects I keep seeing on the web. Everyone tries to solve problems without giving any real solutions, they just make "concepts", leaving all the thinking to engineers, because it's their task to take the designer's shiny 3d render and turn it into a working product, regardless of how little thought the designer put into the technical aspects of their concept.

Well, here's my concept, my solution to having to wait for two weeks to take your cast off in case of fractured bones. I really can't be bothered with technical aspects, I've just read something about nanotechnology on Wikipedia. I just hope those engineers are smart enough to make my concept work as I imagined it would.

Updated - Made a few adjustments to the contrast and colors.

The internet is all about picking sides. People seem to defend their favorite companies online much more than in the real world, as if what they love so much is much more than a company. Social media has done a good job in turning dedicated customers into digital hooligans too. With just about every product and company having an arch-rival, it's almost inconceivable to "appreciate" a product. In fact, it's not enough that should I should love Coca Cola. It is necessary that I hate Pepsi.

What happened?

There products that I prefer over others. I prefer my PC over a Mac. Google over Yahoo. Nikon over Canon. Canon over Epson. PS3 versus Xbox. Coca Cola over Pepsi. Pizza over... all of the above. And yet, all some people care about on the internet is to quickly label which side I'm on.

Words cannot describe the sheer stupidity behind the movie Fast Five. I've watched some crap before out of sheer boredom, but this is ridiculous...

Product placements are a thing of the past. I bet they WROTE the script as an advertisement in order to support the idea that two Dodge Chargers can unhinge and drag a 10 ton walk-in vault from concrete. Oh and apparently Rio de Janeiro's P.D. seems to be REALLY well off, since all their police cars are coincidentally also Dodge Chargers. The wacko physics are an insult to human intelligence, but the dodge cars all over Brasil are just...

I've been disappointed by movies, but never this mad. I'm going to have to watch three European films to get over this...
