"My partner Jim (left) and I (Lon) shared 34 Years together!! The past 6 years he has suffered from Alzheimer's Disease. He was hospitalized last year. His estranged sister filed for guardianship of him and won. We gave each other Power of Attorney, which she never revealed in court as I was never mentioned nor considered nor notified. 

She put him in a Nursing Home and had criminal trespass orders against me to keep me away from him. I'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO SEE HIM AGAIN! She got his bank account from Social Security Disability and sold his house out from under me. I had 2 weeks to vacate our home of 12 years. 

If we were EQUAL in the eyes of the law we would be together till the end. But as it stands in Texas, a money hungry greedy relative was able to steal our life and toss me out as trash to pad herpoc... more »

WARNING

Parcel2Go (UK) and Parcel Force (UK) are not FedEx as they will tell you.

They are subcontractors that are known for their deceitful handling of goods.

They will take on goods knowing full well that FedEx will not take them so change the paper work to suit what FedEx wants to see.

I have been dealing with FedEx in Australia to deal with the total mess that they have left us in.

We were sending Andy’s PC over to Oz from the UK.

Parcel2Go changed the documentation to say it was a gift, and thus we incurred $216 in taxes for a PC we already own.  When i told FedEx i was not paying tax on something that we have owned for 6 years, they told us that it has been shipped as a gift, because had they known it was personal effects, they would not have transported the PC.

Loving For All

It isn't news to any person who has seen me before on G+ that I'm a vocal supporter of same-sex marriage.

I'm lucky enough that I get to spend the rest of my life with the most awesome person I've ever met. Someone who is my partner, my equal, my balance on the see-saw of life, and my love. Who I love so much we actually married twice, to make sure we were legally covered under all circumstances in the state. We're lucky enough to even have a child to raise together. There's enough love to go around for everyone.

what i want is for YOU to report any thread that has deliberate bullying in

if you do nothing and standby and watch it, you are just as bad as the bully themselves

there is enough suicide in this would, your inaction could be part of the cause

I was thinking randomly the other day about how 50 years ago you were considered a nutter for even thinking there was life on other planets.  I mean we have no proof, but science fiction was opening our minds up to the possibility that it could very well be true.

Then we sent men into space and they walked on the moon, well there is another conspiracy theory that could be entered into here, but you cannot deny we are moving ahead with our adventures in space and Virgin are even looking at putting the everyday rich guy in space with their new space craft, opening up a market for the wealthy to go into space on a commercial flight.

This got me thinking, science has come so far and we are proving things exist, that previously didn’t exist, Higgs Boson being just one of many.  The “God Particle” they called it.
