Is this a leading question?

It’s been reported that the federal government’s National Security Agency collects extensive records of phone calls, as well as Internet data related to specific investigations, to try to identify possible terrorist threats. Do you support or oppose this intelligence-gathering program? Do you feel that way strongly, or somewhat?

Question comes from an ABC News poll about the NSA. In my opinion it grossly understates the situation. If the question said something along the lines of "The NSA says they need to monitor all your online activity and tap your phone to stop terrorists, do you support this?" I think the results would have been overwhelmingly 'Hell No!"

ABC poll shows most are against charging Snowden with a crime and by a huge margin want a public investigation, yet ABC ran with "Most back NSA Surveillance Program".

Tulsa police say a woman came home to find her husband dead in the garage.

Police said the man was found with his hands and feet bound and he had been decapitated. Police surrounded the home near 45th & Sheridan during the investigation.  

They told FOX23 they think the death was suicide.

This whole story is nothing but 100% pure propaganda. In Khalid Ouazzani, 32, pleaded guilty in federal court yesterday to sending $23,000  to the latter terrorist organization as well as bank fraud and money laundering between August 2007 to February 2010. So I guess defaulting on a small business loan is somehow equivalent to a 'plot against Wall Street'. Yet when we had the world's biggest money launders, who have admitted to laundering billions for Iran, Drug Lords and the actual Al Qaeda leadership its "Sorry too important to prosecute".
