Number 16:9 "Is it a small thing to you that the God of Israel has separated you from the congregation of Israel, to bring you near to Himself, to do the work of the tabernacle of the Lord, and to stand before the congregation to serve them" ... We find here that Korah and other Levites, came to a place where they were no longer satisfied with the task that God had given them. Their desire to serve God, had turned into a desire for status and this ultimately led to their death.

It is not a sin to desire to do greater things for God, but it is a sin to be dissatisfied with what God has blessed you with. Let us check our hearts today to ensure that our primary motive is always God's Kingdom - DAVID VOLMER

The second, which leads to life, is a godly conviction followed by an act of obedience where we make changes in our lives.
