Those who know me know I'm a gigantic Trekkie, so what I'm about to admit here is a big deal.

I went to see Star Trek Into Darkness with butterflies in my stomach. I've been nervous for weeks that it was going to be another Star Wars film that didn't live up to my Trekkie expectations... then I saw it.

As soon as I heard the music I started crying. Then, half way through I realized that I was really enjoying the movie. And by the end I was fighting back tears so badly. When the credits rolled I couldn't speak without my voice cracking; I walked out of the theater with tears blinding my path.

If you haven't seen it yet, go. I'm not kidding here... it's not a flawless movie, but it is an amazing ride with a lot of heart. So go.

Watch this guy sneak into the Cannes Film Festival by pretending to be Gwyneth Paltrow's bodyguard.  He probably would've gotten in earlier if he dropped the glasses, most bodyguards don't wear frames.  Acting more assertive would've worked better too.  He was too nervous.

I've always said it's easy to get into restricted areas by walking right in like you belong there.

53 Females to Follow!

I'm dubbing today #FemmeFriday  and sharing a circle of all the active ladies I follow on Google+.

Here's what I did to curate this list:
1) Drag and drop all female Google+ users I follow into a new circle.
2) Look at the circle on my Home page and add each active user individually to a new circle I called "Active." 
3) Share the new circle of active ladies!

I also had a few additional requirements for making it to the list:
1) Must have posted at least once since Monday.
2) Must have posted more than once in the past week.
3) Must post content in addition to simply linking to their web site/blog.

Enjoy and share the lady love!
