ARTISTS IN THE PLUS1,958,240+Artists In The Plus is proud to bring you a very special "Concerts In The Plus!' with Guitar Legend +Preston Reed. (Banner Photo By +Ralf Hebauf ) +Preston Reed has virtually reinvented how the acoustic guitar is played. Reed practices a flamboyant self-invented style, characterized by percussive techniques and simultaneous rhythm and melody lines that dance and ricochet around each other, giving his music a level of excitement that is unparalleled among today's guitarists. Playing an array of guitars from acoustic to electric to classical Reed's vast range of explosively original music will forever change your expectation of a guitarist. First-time listeners find it impossible to believe that they're hearing just the one musician, in real time. Reed attacks the entire instrument in a never-ending search for the orchestra he knows is lurking inside. At full tilt, his fingers, thumbs, fists and hands at once suggest a drummer, keyboardist, bassist and several guitarists at work. The most impressive thing about Reed's technique, though, is that it doesn't draw attention to itself. His compositions are far from abstract virtuosic displays; even without lyrics he creates vivid, engrossing scenes. Sometimes the effect is almost onomatopoetic. Reed generates visual stimuli with every tweak of his instrument, thus augmenting his wordless compositions with an aura of the poetic. Each tune is a story in itself with a potent, cinematic atmosphere and an almost tangible thread of communication between Preston Reed and the listener. Reed's entry into this guitar odyssey was inauspicious enough, his path thereafter largely self-discovered. A few chords learned from his guitar playing father, a brief, very brief, flirtation with the ukulele, clandestine practice sessions of his favourite Beatles and Stones songs on dad's guitar .... and then a too-strict classical guitar teacher led to premature retirement. At 16, however, Reed heard Jefferson Airplane's rootsy blues offshoot, Hot Tuna. His interest was rekindled big time. Acoustic guitar heroes John Fahey and Leo Kottke were studied, their styles absorbed but not imitated, and at this point things really begin to get interesting because, at 17, Reed, by now precociously proficient, played his first live gig, supporting beat poet Allen Ginsberg at the Smithsonian Institute. Just getting on a train from his native Armonk in New York State to Washington was a cool adventure. And it was just the first of many, not least of which was the one which resulted from his signing his first deal with a major record company, MCA, through the auspices of his friend, country singer-songwriter Lyle Lovett. Determined to make the most of this opportunity, Reed pushed himself to go beyond the standard fingerpicking styles he'd perfected. The result was the beginnings of Reeds startlingly innovative style, with its percussive, two-handed fretboard attack, that you hear today and which has caused guitar luminaries such "Concerts In The Plus!" Richi Jennings47,761Sunday Circle Share of Awesome... :: A big HELLO to all the new Plussers I met over the past week--and a few I reconnected with. (If you see this in email or as a notification, you're in the circle.)In the main, these folks are engagers, not passive consumers, so do add them if you're looking for interesting conversations here on G+.Also, feel free to share this publicly. Spread the love! If you're using the G+ mobile app, this may not work correctly, because circle sharing doesn't seem to be implemented right :-(For last week's share: richij.com/g/ExCMCmBsQWw 2013-09-22 17:12:4311412215

Johnny Johnsen5,985#F1Johnny  Circle :I have had some Formula 1 circles this season. Some from them from the one and only +Jens Graikowski  , some from others and some i have made myself. The things that matters for me is that the person in this circle is above average interested in Formula 1. If you do not get many (sometimes to much) post about Formula 1, you are probably in my "Motorsport " circle or or another one :)I want the person in this circle to feel that he or she belong there. If you want to be there but isn`t. Notify me !If you are in there and think this is to much Johnny !!!!! Notify me !  :-)Now Googla is on fire with "Communities" and this is great news for usFormula 1 fans. Now we can move in to the #F1 #Communities and just chat about Formula 1 all winter :-)Here are the links to the one i`m in :  http://bit.ly/VEMMJhhttp://bit.ly/TRWt1PI will also post and share my Formula 1 circle and my Motorsport circle.I hope that Formula 1 2013 season will be THE season for F1 followers on Google Plus. I think communities and the fact that it is so many more members here at the start of the season will make this to a great team.Google Plus will crush FB and be a good addition to Twitter in 2013 season :-)98,5 days left to the start ;)PS: If there is a lot of spelling mistakes, the reason is that Google Translate is not at work today :-)Have a great wintertime, and a fantastic Christmas.Johnny2012-12-08 17:42:33302805
Marc Jansen29,662A circle of the people, by the people, and for the people (of my circles)Earlier today, I asked people to pick a number from 1-300 with the intent of coming back later and putting together a shared-circle that represented that input. After consolidating the data, I was left with 91 unique responses.  (Yes, I counted each and every number given to me, rounding where needed and substituting 1 for i, as it was as close as I could get.)I then selected the top 300+ people from my circles based up on relevance, and then removed those whom I know dislike being part of shared circles and a few folks who've apparently gone MIA, back-filling as need to get me back to 300, and then started matching names according to Google's relevance ranking with the 91 numbers you folks provided to me.So, I now present to you:  _a random selection of 91 of the top-300 people in my circles, chosen by you, the people IN my circles._This circle is made up of people and pages from all walks of life, and all corners of the globe, but they all have one thing on common - I found them interesting enough to circle, and they tend to be folks that I interact with on a fairly regular basis.(If you don't see your name here, do not blame me, by the way, I was completely impartial throughout this entire selection process.)2012-12-04 21:06:379230217
Jens „Google Plus Yoda“ Graikowski10,635Last share of the F1 circle (Part one) ...As I have completely changed my circle system and am working exclusively with my "Interaction Ladder" (http://bit.ly/VfSrjs) for incoming and my "Targeted Circles" (http://bit.ly/XSXBoR) for outgoing traffic I have decided to delete even my last themed circle, the #FormulaOne  circle.I believe that creating a #Formula1  community via a circle is impractical and cumbersome. A #GooglePlusPage  is better suited for this endeavour, so if you want to be part of a large #F1 community I recommend you try some of the pages around, like +F1 Circle (the page that belongs to this circle) or +Formula 1 Fans. I will share this circle in two parts (One of the reason that it is cumbersome. You can't share circles larger than 500) so it doesn't get lost for those who are still interested in it. I will delete it from my circles afterwards. This is part one with F1 aficionados from A to L. The M to Z part will follow in a second.Don't get me wrong! I'll keep on posting about the F1 and I'll do so publicly. You can still all read my Formula 1 posts. If you'd like to be notified of them I'll gladly add you to my Formula 1 targeted circle. Just +1 the first comment underneath this post!I hope we'll all enjoy the last race of the season 2012 and am looking forward to see you all again in 2013.And now go and share this circle all over the place, will ya!Greez,+Jens Graikowski ***************************************************************** #jgformula12012-11-22 23:02:21367418

Dede King0I Missed My Cake DayThe 2 November 2011 was my cherry popping entry into the land of Plus. A year later and I can honestly say it's the best social network I've ever used. I can't remember a time, ever, when I've looked more insane smiling, laughing and scowling at a tech device in numerous coffee shops across the map.I just wanted to say thank you to the thousands of amazing people who've circled me, some of whom I've been privileged to meet and get to know. I wish circles weren't limited to 5000 and a 500 share so I could ping you all.So, Thank You (with a special nod, hugs and kisses to the top 12, yes even you) for making it fun, interesting, exciting, textless, pouncable, inflammatory, lollable, educational, thought provoking, melt worthy, smile inducing, loving, warm - just downright fantabulous. All my plusses they belong to you. Literally. Who else am I going to give it to ? Facebook? This link gave me my public plus stats - all of it is thanks to you :) http://www.allmyplus.com/u/107635094329792651474#startI must admit, I'm grateful I posted the more contentious topics limited. Aren't you? Everything is so pubic these days.Yes I meant to say pubic.Did you miss it? You're getting old.I wonder how many of these post scripts I can do before I run out of things to say.Are you still reading?Still?I need coffee. As always, have an amazing day, week, month, year x2012-11-08 09:07:0949963674
Dede King0Google Plus says,"Dede King, the following people are relevant to you for the month of November."I say, "Spanks." I herewith christen it (so to speak), the MFK circle or The Block Party. Sometimes, I doubt your commitment to sparkle motion. If you get all the somewhat obscure references, all my plusses they belong to you.+The Best Circles on Google+ +Shared Circles (Обмен кругами) +CIRCLES on Google+  Relevance, I assume, is based on interaction over time.2012-11-01 16:05:5350026242163

martin shervington15,942New Commoogling Engagers in October. i.e. people NEW to me and that have kindly been so supportive over the past few weeks, especially around all of the  #commoogling  posts and events.I will be adding everyone into my Great Engagers circle - with a bit of a clean up this time on people who are not engaging...Note: I am not in this circle; and it is over 100 people so I couldn't notify you; So..please add and share this circle if you think you want to meet some new Great Engagers on Google+. I really want to support you all as much as possible and this is just one way that tends to work well.I look forward to many more interactions with you all.2012-10-18 16:57:451309722
Dede King0The Oontz Oontz Circle #Top500  According to Google. This started as a ♂ circle, then became a 'Let me test G+'s notification limits' circle, but gosh there's just too many. I need more estrogen in my circles if this is anything to go by. I was listening to electro-house music in the background. Connect the dotz.I'm pretty sure this is a good bunch, though there might be some rogue snipers that missed my wine toothed comb. I notified no one. I'm just throwing it out there because I can't sleep and going through my circles and rambling in run on incoherent sentences about it seemed like a good idea at the time.2012-09-12 00:43:30500163447

Jens „Google Plus Yoda“ Graikowski6,104My Top 99 + 1 circle ...I want to jump on the train and share my Top99 (+me) circle. These are the 99 users who are on top of my relevance list as it is. I haven't modified it (though I'm not sure that is a good idea. I have absolutely no idea what the algorithm for this is, but there are a few peeps in this circle that hardly ever interact with me and, because of that, some others who do, have just fallen short of being included. Actually I had to adjust the circle, because I had one in there who doesn't even have a G+ account :-/)Most of them are engaging with me on a daily basis by chat, mail or posts.Want to create your own?► Click circles on the tab on the right► Make sure relevance is selected (default)► Select the top 99 users. Laziness I guess. Why are they the #bottom99 ? Because they are. Thats what Google said. I rarely (if ever) speak to them, some of them might not even engage. Ever. Technical delegate Jo Bauer put forward his findings after Saturday's qualifying session, claiming that both cars are in breach of the regulations. The effect of the strange looking torque maps is that maximum power is not delivered in the mid RPM ranges suggesting that the exhaust flow is used to influence the aerodynamics. G+ for weeks and months now ... now we went one step further ... in one of my last posts i asked all members of the circle to send me their's, since it was probable that they had some #foreveralone aficionados in their private F1 circle that weren't yet in ours ... and there were! ... our SUPER F1 CIRCLE has grown to impressive 593 members! ... since i can only share 500 in a circle, this is the first installment ...the next installment will follow in a second, but there might be a problem ... since google in its infinite wisdom decided to make every movement in your circles a circle addition i can't split the circle properly ... i tried to and because i had moved some of the F1 buffs around already, my circle page told me that i had exceeded my limit to add people to my circles ... i had only added about 20 but since i moved hundreds from one circle to another i was told off ... well, that is the subject for another post ...anyway, i'll share the second installment in a sec, but there might be some doubles ... that doesn't matter though if you just add the second circle to the first ... doubles will automatically ignored then ...if you still have your ow F1 circle, send it to me (share it with just me) ... i will add to the next update then ... like this we should be able to collect the majority of the F1 buffs in one all encompassing circle ... thx for your collaboration! ...please don't forget to share this post publicly! ... we want to reach every F1 fan out there and we can only do that with your help! ... and don't forget, we are going to start our formula 1 race hangout at around 6pm GMT! ... you better reserve yourself a spot ... read more here http://bit.ly/Lg58Xj ! ...greez,+Jens Graikowski ...************************************************************************permalink to this post: http://bit.ly/KJbun4 ... #jgformula1  if you'd like to be notified about these kinds of posts, please read http://bit.ly/JPJxor ... if, on the other hand you are already receiving these notifications and would rather not anymore, please let me know in a PM (no questions asked) ...2012-06-10 15:52:2850116412

Jens „Google Plus Yoda“ Graikowski3,652newest version of our #F1 circle ...updated on the saturday, the 14th of april 2012» honey, they're here!+Max Huijgen has finally shared his eagerly anticipated #formulaone circle ... just in time for the race weekend in china ... i added it to our already existing circle and we gained a whopping 96 new members! ... thx to his excellent work our circle is now 344 #formula1 buffs strong! ... that's impressive, though there must be more out there ... please share this circle publicly, so we can find them all! ... if you are reading this and are not yet included in the circle, but would like to be, give me a shout in the comments! ...» who are we?originally this circle was curated by +Brian Titus (with a bit of a helping hand by myself) to bring all the F1 fans at #googleplus together and discuss our favorite subject ... we have our own +page too, called +F1 Circle ... don't forget to add it! ... apart from discussing the news around the formula 1 circus we'd like to do more though ... i for example will invite the whole circle to a hangout at every #race (if i can't or won't watch a race, like bahrain, we'll find somebody else who starts the hangout) ... like this, we can watch the #grandprix together (it's always nicer in good company) ... if you have some other great ideas about activities, that could make our little circle more interesting, let me or +Brian Titus or +Max Huijgen know! ...and now, let's all have a great time together! ...greez,+Jens Graikowski ...****************************************************************************** #jgformula12012-04-14 18:59:363441007
Max Huijgen20,565Will Rob Smedley start driving the Ferrari himself? An F1 circle of fans!A few weeks ago I started collecting people who are real fans of F1. Now crowd sourcing has the disadvantage that there are always people who want to be in a circle no matter the subject. I have taken my time to go through comments and posts all over G+ and came up with the following hard core fans. Now I´m pretty sure there must be much more and I will gladly add you if you have a clue about the post titlle :)Now, there is already a +F1 Circle and +Jens Graikowski and +Brian Titus have been curating this. Last year +Kol Tregaskes and I made the same effort. The goal is of course to get to one circle to rule them all ;)It makes no sense at all to have fragmented circles so I checked mine against the existing ones and found 98 new names compared to the latest shard one, so that´s good news. Before I merge I want to be sure we have as many people who really love #F1 as possible and avoid taking on board too many people who just want to be in. If you already have the latest circle you can just add this one to it to win the 98 new ones. What I hope for however is that we will find even more F1 fans thanks to this post and that I can share an even larger one next time. So if you´re in it and feel others are forgotten please mention them. Oh, and if you don´t want to be notified just say so, and I make sure someone else can be on the selected list for notifications.2012-04-14 14:56:1417056622

Random fact of the day (courtesy of +Robert Llewellyn ):

Orkney just off the north coast of Scotland with a population of 22,000 people not only produces all of it's electricity from wind, solar and wave power but, produces so much that the current power lines between Orkney and Scotland can't cope with the extra power being put back into the National Grid so, they have to sometimes turn off their renewable power generators (windmills etc)

Could this be what +The Stig is doing whilst he waits for them to sort out what's happening with +Top Gear ?

If it's not him then, I suspect it must be one of his cousins.

Have been a patient in the back of an ambulance twice in my life so far, fortunately/unfortunately neither occasions were blue light flashing type sprints to hospital.

Having had a go at learning a bit of welsh ahead of last year's NATO conference in south Wales (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_VbGGjHbeE), Ambassador Matthew Barzun (the American ambassador to the UK) has had another ago at it at the Millennium Stadium (home of the +WRU Official ) by recording a message of support for +USA Rugby ahead of the Rugby World Cup later this year which is being hosted by England but, some of the games will be played across the border in the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff.

As a welsh speaker I'd say a little bit more practice is needed but, compared to some of the attempts I've heard by others at trying to speak welsh, I take me hat off to him for trying.

Be interesting to see if any other Ambassadors would be up for giving it a go.

Seeing as I posted about the possible rail strikes earlier today best to finish off my posts about rail strikes to say that RMT have suspended their strike, the same as TSSA so, trains will be running as normal on Monday and Tuesday apart from a few exceptions which have nothing to do with strikes ( see news report).

Having said all that, quotes in the report indicate that there's still some talking to go so, the potential for strikes later in the year is still possible, although hopefully highly unlikely.

Good news from the TSSA union whose members were going to be involved in Monday and Tuesday's possible rail strike. Not sure if it's the all clear though as RMT union members are possibly striking on Monday and Tuesday.

Lemon the cat whose from somewhere else in the village is both a help and a pain in the rear end whilst hanging around under the bird feeders.

On the one hand he/she (no idea whether Lemon is male or female) scares off the crows, rooks and jackdaws who normally scare off the little birds. In fact it's quite a laugh to see the corvid gang flying in to have a feed and then suddenly slam on the brakes and try to gain height fast when they notice Lemon under the feeders.

On the other hand Lemon's presence also scares off the little birds who hide deep in the hedge or on top of the hedge until Lemon has gone before they dare go back to the feeders.

Lemon doesn't seem to be even interested in either bird gangs and seems more interested in something that's at ground level in the hedge. Did see he/she pounce into the hedge whilst making my lunch but, seemingly... more »

Lemon is hanging around the bit of the hedge where there's seed that's been thrown out of the feeders by some of the fussier eaters amongst the smaller birds gang so Lemon might be after shrews or mice which are trying to take advantage of the free food.___

Latest info from Arriva Trains Wales regarding what's happening on their bit of track if the UK wide strike goes ahead next Monday and Tuesday.

General gist seems to be trains running until approx 2:30pm on Monday as rail network winds down for the start of the strike at 5pm and then no trains on Tuesday apart from a few down near Cardiff for part of the day.

Click on pics for more info.

I genuinely don't know how I almost forgot but, Google i/o is only 7 and a bit days away (28th and 29th of May).

List of what's being streamed for those of us who can't make it and more info is at the other end of the link.

For mentions of new things from google then the keynote is the main event to watch at 5:30pm BST on 28th of May.

All streamed events and possibly non streamed events should appear up on youtube afterwards if you can't watched live.

Quick heads up if your planning to travel by train on monday or tuesday next week:

"Thousands of signallers, maintenance staff and station workers are due to walk out for 24 hours from 17:00 BST on Monday in a row over pay and jobs."

As it says in the report there'll be varying degrees of disruption across the rail network so, you might want to keep an eye on +National Rail Enquiries  website - http://ojp.nationalrail.co.uk/personal/home/search

or the website for your train company for more info.

My understanding is that talks are on going so, there's a chance that the strike might not go ahead but, better to be prepared than stuck  on a platform because there's no train.

Whilst ATW is mentioned in the report there's no mention for the bit of track I travel on (Cambrian Coast Line) but, I'm suspecting no trains.

I emailed Arriva Trains Wales customer services about this back on the 6th of May but, so far no reply apart from an auto response email which said they'll get back to me within 12 days.

Almost 14 days later no response.

ATW's response seems to be that it can't stop at those stations because the trains have to pass at Porthmadog (apart from passing places the Cambrian Coast Line is single track). So, in order for the train to get to Porthmadog in time it has to miss out those stations.

What seems to be forgotten is that there is a passing point at Harlech station (approx 20 minutes south by rail from Porthmadog) which surely would buy enough time for the north bound train to stop at stations north of Barmouth without getting in the way of the southbound train?

I reckon it'll either be really, really good or really, really crap. Hopefully the former and not the latter.

Whilst I fully agree there should be peace in Northern Ireland and fully understand that there are things that might have to be done in order to keep the peace that I might not agree with, I have to admit, that if either side had murdered a relative of mine like they had with Prince Charles's uncle (Lord Mountbatten (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louis_Mountbatten,_1st_Earl_Mountbatten_of_Burma)) I might be tempted to tell someone who is believed to have been/is in the senior ranks of either sides paramilitary bits such as Gerry Adams in the IRA (for those who don't know Sinn Fein is the political arm of the IRA) to F*CK OFF.

Most probably doesn't have anything to do with my grumble in the comments of somebody else's post about the fact that when +Wales Online do recommendation lists etc they seem to rarely venture north of Llanelli (surprisingly they actually got as far north as Aberaeron in the post I commented on) but, Tremeifion Vegetarian and Vegan Hotel in Talsarnau (where I live and a couple of hours by car north of Aberaeron) gets a mention at Number 8.

I've heard of Tremeifion Vegetarian and Vegan Hotel in passing but, have to admit that as a carnivore (or should that be omnivore seeing as I eat meat and veg?) I've not ventured there before but, as google maps seems to suggest it's within walking distance maybe I should go check it out at some point.

Williams F1's test driver Susie Wolff's reaction to some bloke thinking she wasn't going to drive fast on a track day.

A shame there weren't cameras filming him saying it to her and then her response on the track.

Also intriguing to hear what Sir Stirling Moss had to say about Susie - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpQm8ir9Vyo

The clips are from last week's episode of The +Clare Balding Show which is on +BT Sport  on a thursday night and then edited down to 30 min and on BBC 2 the next night.

Hopefully at some point someone will give Susie a race seat so she can show what she's capable of.

An interesting post by +Yonatan Zunger regards Heath Ledger's Joker (imho the best portrayal of the Joker I've ever seen) and how he's perhaps not as bad as you might first think.

You know, I hadn't thought about it this way before, but the essay makes a compelling case: The Joker is really the hero of this story. Batman is weirdly overfunded and incompetent -- which is, of course, the traditional problem with Batman. ("You're going to invest how much in cleaning up the city? My god! Imagine all the schools and housing we could create, how many new jo... you're going to spend this on a bunch of armor and a car so you can beat up muggers? Oh. I see.") But the Joker is going out there and actually making a difference in rubbing out crime in the city -- and he seems to be going about it with a purpose.

I always liked these alternate perspectives. I remember walking out of X-Men: First Class several years ago and being profoundly confused by it; we have two guys with super-powers. One of them is an Auschwitz survivor who uses his powers to hunt down Nazi war criminals. The other of them seems to mostly use his powers to get laid, and is perpetually riding just this close to date rape. When they get pulled into political machinations, and it becomes clear that the mutants are going to be registered, indexed, "encouraged" to become ordinary people, all the things that would make anyone who survived Germany in the 1930's panic, the first one makes a stand against it and wants mutants to live freely and proudly, and tries to organize them so that they have the muscle to stand up to such demands, knowing that they'll never be accepted; the other one urges cooperation, that it'll all be OK if they just work within the system.

Wait, the second one is supposed to be the hero, and the first one is the villain? Xavier (#2 for those who haven't seen this) comes across as somewhere between naïve and deluded; Lensherr has the serious realism of someone who's seen just what the world offers in these cases. I'm pretty sure, given the choice, that I know which side this movie convinced me to take, and it sure as hell isn't Xavier's.

This is something important in stories in general: Sometimes the story seems to have the hero/villain dichotomy printed on the label, but you can never really understand why, and it makes as much sense, if not more, from the opposite perspective.

One of the great masters of doing this on purpose is Hayao Miyazake. His Princess Mononoke is an excellent example: everyone in this war is acting for completely comprehensible, reasonable objectives, and everyone's goals make perfect sense from their perspective. But added together, they're a recipe for a bloodbath, and the real hero proves himself by preventing that.

Television has recently done an excellent job of adopting this approach, as well. Two shows which particularly come to mind are Fringe and The Americans: in both, we have two sides fighting an increasingly bloodthirsty war, and it would be very easy to pick one side as "the good guys" and the other as "the bad guys." But we see the stories through everyone's eyes, and it's extremely clear that each person is, in complete honesty, fighting for what they believe to be right, and with good reason. Fringe's "Walternate" has every reason to believe that the other world is trying to invade and destroy his, and given that they started off by kidnapping his only son, his militaristic attitude is quite understandable; and he's the closest thing the story ever had to a villain. In The Americans, listen to Elizabeth express her disgust with all the things broken in capitalism, or Stan his disgust with the KGB; everyone has real reason behind their patriotism.

Broadly, I think this is something which always makes for the best stories: a sharp conflict, wherein all the perspectives actually make excellent sense.

Movies, especially big-budget ones, appear to have lagged behind television in this regard, but this sometimes creates the wonderful moments of dissonance where you realize that the script itself did achieve this goal, and it's only the marketing materials or the directing choices which tried to paint one of the agonists as the hero. In a strange way, that can be even more rewarding than when it's overt: you get what you thought was a simple story, but then you peel back the layers a bit, and discover a moment of Fridge Brilliance. So, it'll be nice to have an African take on how things are both around the world and in Africa.

It's available on Sky now and coming to +Freesat and +Virgin Media  soon

Have to admit that I'm not much of a fan of Peter Kay but, I watched the first 4 episodes of "Peter Kay's Car Share" this evening and had a right good laugh.

There's even mentions of Pwllheli, Abersoch and Rhyl.

There's 2 more episodes to be shown on the TV but, if you've not seen it and want to catch up then the first 4 are available on iPlayer

A cropped pic of what I spotted through the kitchen window whilst I was making my lunch earlier today.

Not sure if it somehow has something to do with the bird feeders and perhaps the birds hanging around in the garden but, I've never seen rabbits around the house before or in the gardens and they seem to be popping up almost every other day now since the beginning of spring.

"David Pickup, 45, was clocked doing 101mph in his Audi R8 on the A55 at Lloc in Flintshire in April 2014.
Flintshire Magistrates' Court heard a police speed camera caught him and he asked officers: "Can we call it 98?"."

Always nice to see when smug gits get their come uppance.

For those wondering why he wanted the speed to be officially recorded less than 100mph, it's because the penalties are higher if your caught doing over 100mph.

I did think that over 100mph meant you automatically lost your licence but, somehow he kept it.
