Storm is coming

Good morning G+.

This photo is taken today at the early morning after my night shift.
During my shift there was a wonderful thunderstorm, but the time was to short for me to take my cam and go to the fields.

I hope this photo is good enough without thunders in the sky.

Now the sun is shining and the dark clouds are gone, so it will be very hot today.:)

Self-Portrait #4 –– Anger Management 

Some days are worse than others and some things makes you more angry than others. Personally I don't normally become angry easily, but if someone provokes me for, say some 30 minutes or so, I just might get angry. I mean ANGRY, like in REALLY angry. Be unfair and show no regrets and I will become angry. Be a jerk and don't say you're sorry and I will get pissed off. You get my point...

9/11 made me angry, George Bush pissed me off on a daily basis, the violent gang rapes in India really made me angry and now it's time to just stop these ramblings of mine and upload selfie #4.

Rest In Peace #ForAli  

It is always hard when someone we care for is taken from us. I heard a couple of days ago from a friend of mine that she lost her good friend. Her name was +Alison Thurston. Cancer and organ failure finally got the best of her. I never got the chance to get to know her but from what I have read and seen in her feed here on Google+, she was a fine loving person.

God gives and God takes, but at age 35, I think that God should have given a bit more. Alison will be missed and remembered, not only by her loved ones, but by all of us here on Google+ that had the opportunity to interact with her.

The fight is over, the pain is gone. No more tears, no more fears. The angels in heaven will sing for Alison and give her what she could not have here on earth. Life is unfair and my prayers go out to her family and friends.

Life is a lot of work. What is it that gives us the strength to continue when we are tired and burned out? Sometimes an inspirational idea can help us renew ourselves and be filled with strength to fulfill our life's purpose. Inspiration comes in many forms. However, the root of all inspiration is the idea that our lives are meaningful. Inspiration is knowing that what I do matters deeply to the universe. Self-Portrait #1 –– Reflections

Today I will start a new series called Self-Portraits. I won't post to the album all that often but from time to time. Just for fun. I have seen many do the same (+Lorena Masi +Esperanza Uno +Lotus Carroll  to name of few of my inspirational sources) and I thought I´d have a go at it as well.

This first selfie is called "Reflections" –– for obvious reasons –– but there's more to it than just the computer screen reflection. Sometimes we need to look deep into ourselves to understand what we really want from life. It's not easy but it sure is refreshing. We reflect what we are, therefore we should reflect upon who we want to be.

Love Lost

The loss of a lover, whether because they have passed on or for any other reason is a heartbreaking experience. Some never fully recover. There might always be a small place in your heart that holds the pain of this experience. This is natural and fine. Even when you find another person to love, it is fine to hold a place for the lover that has passed. You shared something profound together. The previous relationship that you had is not like your new relationship. Every relationship is unique and should be allowed a place in your heart. Past lovers are not to be compared to the new person in your life.
