台灣

台灣位於亞洲東部、太平洋西北側的島嶼，面積大約有3.6萬平方公里，另外有寶島、鯤島、福爾摩沙等不同的別稱。

台灣是由:歐.亞大陸板塊 沖繩板塊和菲律賓海板塊擠壓而隆起的島嶼，整體形狀似長條蕃薯，北迴歸線橫跨中南部。

台灣全島山勢高峻 地形海拔變化很大，山脈大多呈北北東—南南西走向、平原狹窄、地震頻繁、溫泉與死火山皆多。

台灣氣候屬於:高溫、多雨，春夏季交接時因受滯留鋒影響而常有梅雨季，夏季常有颱風，冬季則有很強的東北季風。

石蓮花屬於景天科植物，為多年生的多肉植物，可以全年栽種、採收。

石蓮花通常有黑色的葉瓣，最好不要隨便採食，要經過植物學家說明再採集。    

台灣目前大約有13種石蓮花的品種，要注意！石蓮花葉子形狀差別是可不可以食用的重要差別。 

因為清晨採收石蓮花酸度及味道最佳，在國外中古時代認為真正新鮮石蓮花必須在清晨採收，過了這段時間。

就必須等到明天早上再來，好似「早起鳥兒有蟲吃」，告訴人們要早起工作，不要懶惰，才可以獲得美味的食物。

採集石蓮花時，如果葉瓣呈彎曲狀，像湯匙一樣，就是還沒有成熟，要摘側面呈一直線，這樣就會酸酸甜甜好滋味。

"When the Sun Rises", Miami Beach, Florida

There is something intrinsically special about photographing a sunrise. I use to admire the sunrise like all friends of nature but it becomes way more revealing when sitting there patiently absorbing the subtle yet rapid changes of the golden light with the hope to capture and share its beauty. I photographed this incredible awesome sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from top of the world-renowned Fountainebleau resort in Miami Beach. I was able to talk the check-in counter into bumping me up a few floors with oceanside view after sharing a few of my pics. I have sacrificed many early mornings to witness many beautiful sunrises but this one sticks out as one of my favs with the golden sunrise reflected over the vast open ocean.

新威森林公園 (原名新威苗圃)

新威森林公園位於高雄六龜鄉新威村與新寮村的交會，位於台28線45km處，在荖濃溪西岸的台地上，本為荖濃溪舊河床的一部份，後來因土質優良而建為苗圃，居民稱為「坪頂」。

佔地30甲，以種植樹苗為主，培植的樣種多達 200餘種，為全台最大的苗圃之一。現已改為森林公園，由茂林國家風景區管理處經營。

裡面樹林成蔭，春夏綠意盎然，其中以桃花心木、竹子、杉木最多。
其中有一條桃花心木大道，周邊綠樹成陰，冬末初春時，桃花心木的綠葉會呈現紅黃色，加上鋪滿小徑的落葉，景色顯得詩情畫意。
 那成排的林木所延伸而成的天然長廊，有著異國風情，常吸引許多情侶前來散步，也是許多新人拍攝婚紗指定的地點。

新威森林公園的地勢居高臨下，可眺望欣賞到中央山脈群峰的壯麗景象；以新威森林公園為中心，附近有許多著名景點，若有時間不妨安排一日遊，拜訪這座充滿芬多精的森林。

Photographers are full of themselves...especially landscape photographers like me. Here is a photograph I took ACCIDENTLY (it was a mistake) and decided to give is a fancy title (Impressionism) and post it as an Artistic shot. 

Does it really make is a work of ART? Or is it still a mistake?_ 

How was this photograph created?
While trying to get a good composition I hit the shutter release and had to wait until I could see through the Liveview again. After waiting for few seconds I picked up the camera and went to help a student. This created a ghostly impression in the foreground and a streak of moon in the sky. I cloned out the moon and replaced it with the one you see in the photos.
