Finally watching the Google i/o 13 keynote. +Vic Gundotra talking about Google+ and how computers need to just "get out of the way" was actually inspiring. "Why should the OS matter?" That's a huge step in the right direction. OS bickering is such a waste of time.

Some close up photos. See the (maybe) microphone. Also a nice touch is the lock on the keyboard side to keep you from hitting anything accidentally on that side.

Main gripe so far on the remote: the mouse pad is also the cursor pad and when your thumb glides from one arrow to another, it thinks you are using the mouse and will move a mouse cursor on the screen. That has already gotten old.

Writing this post in Chrome from the Hisense Pulse. Kinda cumbersome to write with a remote as opposed to the keyboard from the Revue, but the hardware here is much faster. 

what would be great is a way to pair the Revue's keyboard to thhhhhhhe Pulse. any ideas?

Got this Samsung Chromebook and am trying to get the most out of it. Waiting for updates to allow Netflix on this model as well as the +Chromemote plugin to work with +Google TV  from this chromebook. Would love to know how to connect to an SMB share from it.

I am looking for a solution to a Home Theater problem.

I need to have whichever audio is selected/audible via the receiver to be sent in parallel to wireless headphones. I have the headphones. I have a mix of HDMI audio and coax-optical inputs combined with HDMI video going into the receiver. Each input is set to be able to decode/hear properly on all 5.1 speakers.

The issue is that, once the headphone jack is used, it shuts off the speakers. I need to use both at the same time, as the person who needs the headphones is hard of hearing.

My TV does downmixing of any signal sent into it via HDMI. I could just use the stereo outputs of the TV to feed the headphones. But this does not work when the source audio is coax or optical SPDIF. It only works for HDMI audio and the receiver is not muxing opical/coax inputs into the HDMI output that goes to the TV. So splitting the... more »

How do I get a count of records in a field as a result in one column, then the count of the opposite result in another column?
