NOTE: for the people who have never seen satire, this chart is clearly not to be taken seriously. Tyler merely illustrated that someone can easily create a chart to "prove" that one thing is "better" than another. That second column could've been iPhone or Windows Phone 8 for all I care.

No, there is not.
Apple is run by the best PR team in the business. So why don't they stream their press events?
First off, they usually DO put up the video of the event about two to three hours later. So, if you want to watch the whole event you will be able to by this evening.
But why not do it live?
1. Control point #1. If some demo goes dramatically wrong they can edit the video and clean things up.
2. Reward the press. There's a reason that their press events are always packed. The press knows that they will get millions of visits this morning. Why? Because they are the only game in town.
3. Control point #2. They control everything about the room. Photographers have to sit in the back. Only fanboys get to sit up... more »

A note to my brother, Ben Scoble, the bar owner in Virginia
I was talking to +Seth Robinson who is working on a report for his business about how businesses to use social media.
That caused me to think about what I would do to help your bar.
I've been studying how businesses work online and you are missing an opportunity to get more customers. A big opportunity.
You might say "I have enough customers" or "my customers aren't online." (His bar is in Virginia, where he perceives that not many of his users are online, although I notice he's been on Facebook and Foursquare a little more lately, so is starting to sense something is going on).
My number one advice? Tell a story.
